I called one of your HomeServices vendors yesterday around 4:00pm. He set an appointment for this morning at 8:30am since that was the only time I had available. He was there 5 minutes early. Not only did he fix my garage door opener, but completely went over the door and corrected several other issues in the 28 year old door. I questioned if we shouldn't get a new opener and was prepared to do so, but he said "no," that the one we have would be fine with a new gear put in (he could have said yes and made more money). He was very nice and worked fast. Thanks for recommending them.

My furnace quit working Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I called HomeServices and I was given the phone number for one of your vendors. I called them a few minutes after 8:00am. A service technician was at my home and had the problem diagnosed and the repair was made by 10:00am. The cost of the repair was much lower than I would have expected. Thanks HomeServices for the excellent referral.
